Shipping Policy

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We process and ship orders Monday-Saturday (apart from major holidays). If you place an order over the weekend, you can expect it to process in 1-3 business days. Once the order has been processed and we do have your items in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited & subject to availability.

** There may be exceptions to these shipping guidelines during major holidays. Please plan for delayed processing times during this period. **

 

ā— Transit time will vary depending on final destination however, we typically estimate 7-12 business days for delivery.

 

ā— Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, stringent customs clearance procedures, bad weather, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

 

ā— Depending on where you are located customers are responsible for any additional tax/duty. Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges/taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

 

ā— If it looks like your order is held up with your carrier we suggest contacting them directly. We’ll do our best to assist if this should occur but once your order has left our warehouse it’s in their hands.

ā— We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been placed.

ā— Any duties or taxes will be included in the final price shown at the time of checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are confident that our products are consistently amazing, but we realize sometimes things aren’t quite what you thought they were. If you decide that an item that isn't the right fit for you or maybe you just changed your mind. We want you to be happy! And invite you to email us at support@bagalers.com for instructions and a return authorization. Please ensure to incorporate your order number in the subject of your email.


Refund Requirements:
*To qualify for a refund, all items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and it must also be in the original packaging.

*Please note that our return policy is effective for 15 calendar days since an item is delivered, not the order as a whole. If your order is arriving in multiple shipments, definitely you may have different return time-frames.

*We welcome you to send back multiple returns in one package. After 15 calendar days, all merchandises are not eligible for return.

Once your items are received at our warehouse and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days- depending on your bank.

Kindly note that If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you received damaged or defective merchandise, not to worry, will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods.

Please note that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

The customer satisfaction is highly importance to us! We will be happy to exchange items free of charge of the same kind or different style or different value, as per your requirement.

*You will just have to pay your return postage only.

Please take a photo indicating the problem and share with us at support@bagalers.com. We will provide our warehouse address as soon as our team finish reviews your request.
