WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?7-12 business days. We use express priority shipping and pack order by hand to make that everything is correct. If you need something faster, let us know at support@bagalers.com.

THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER IS DELAYED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

I MISSED THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER TODAY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?The couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time. You can check your SMS/MAIL inbox for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

HOW LONG DO I WAIT BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?For standard shipping you should receive your order within 7-12 business days.

HOW DO I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?We try our best to ship orders as quickly as we received them. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Don't worry though, you do have the option of returning your order once it has arrived at your door. If you would like to cancel, please email us at support@bagalers.com and we will do our best to help.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? IS CASH ON DELIVERY/ PAY ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or you can pay with your PayPal account. Cash on delivery/ Pay on delivery is available for some of states or ZIP Code. We are trying daily to make it possible for every door.

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier. Please note that it can take several hours from the dispatch confirmation being received for the tracking number to be live on the couriers website. You can always reach out to us at support@bagalers.com for any assistance.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?Yes !! We accept returns of an unworn, unused item(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Just send us an email at support@bagalers.com with your order number for instructions and return authorization.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFUND MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN IT?We will process your return immediately after receiving the procduct(s) in our warehouse and will refund you in the original method you paid. It may take longer for the refund to post to your account depending on your bank.

HOW SHOULD I PACK MY PRODUCT FOR RETURN?Enclose the products, in original packaging and condition, along with the original box, as part of the return package. Please note we can’t offer refunds for products if their tags labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Also, email us the slip/bill provided by the logistics company at support@bagalers.com. To find out all you need to know about returns, refer to our Returns Policy.
